I want to write more blogs; I want to tell female entrepreneurs I can help them to write their own content. So why don't I do that? Well, part of my problem is that English isn't my first language and I'm a little anxious that I will make mistakes. I'm afraid of what people might think of me. I know how to write in Dutch; I have had a copywriting business in the Netherlands for over 20 years, so writing isn't really the problem. It's the fear that my writing isn't good enough. It’s the fear that I’m not good enough...

I know that I'm not alone in this fear of writing. It is actually very common. One of the lessons in my 3-Day Writing Workshop is to overcome writing anxiety and writer’s block, and I noticed that a lot of my students are struggling with these issues. Many women are afraid of showing themselves to the world; of shining brightly and making themselves big. You have to be vulnerable to do that and that is so scary! It takes a lot of courage to make yourself seen. I know; I'm doing it right now and I feel terrified to post this blog. But I want to help you, so I have to get out there!

It’s about shining your light and not shrinking anymore: 'Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking', it says. I love that quote… It’s my inspiration.

So how can I help you to let your light shine? One of the things I can do for you is to show you how to attract your ideal clients so you can help them! I can teach you how to get out of your head and write from the heart! When you write personal content using your authentic writing voice, your unique personality shines through and the right readers (potential clients) will bond with you.
